Guest guest
I know the foreman was a little more expensive than most...but still a great investment. I use mine practically every day. I meant to say I have a Hamilton Beach, not a Sunbeam!!! My 2 yr. old was up from midnight to 4 a.m., so I'm not all here this morning. ) Anyway, mine was $44.99 and like Heidi I find it easy to clean. I tried using a sponge at first, but a paper towel works the best. Sorry for the confusion! It finally got bent up & I spent $69.00 on a Hamilton beach one that was supposed to be great. I hate it because it it so hard to clean and doesn't fit in the dishwasher with a load of dishes. Plus it had not cooking instructions. Guest guest
I have a hamiton berach grill , I spent 49.00 on it and it is just great!! all I do is wipe it off with a paper towel and its clean!! Plus the grease cup is much easier then the GF grill and mine came with a great cookbook also, sorry about yours being to hard to clean and no instructions, maybe you need to wipe it clean as soon as it cools. My mom would let hers sit for hours and then couldnt clean it either, she had a GF grill!, Oh well have a great day, heidi Indoor Grill > > > > I have the Sunbeam indoor grill and I love it! Guest guest
Oh I have to add to that my hamilton beach grill can also open up flat to cook more food than the GF grill. It is huge and just has a huge tub under it. That's not hard to clean, but the grates curve funny, and it never comes clean like I want it too. I can't handle just wiping something. Leaves the bacteria and it just doesn't seem clean to me that way. I don't let mine sit. As soon as it's cool enough to touch, I stick it in the soapy water, but it only fits half way in there. It's probably a more expensive model, but that didn't make it any better. It really needs the dishwasher. Guest guest
We have the one called HealthSmart. We found it at Wal-Mart and during the winter months it is about the only thing we use. It has a large surface and cooks great. The cost wasn't real low but it has aid for itself in the better cooked food. Sherri :~)
