use of hair coloring and hair tests

Hi Group,

Thanks very much to Carmen for answering my prior round

of " curiousity questions " on hair tests.

Now I have a more proactical question. I have a friend

who I spoke to last night. In spite of financial limitations

she is very interested in trying to get her merc fillings

replaced (very admirable). I told her about hair tests,

and she said that she colors her hair.

Can someone tell me how hair coloring will affect a

hair test? Does it invalidate it? Or, perhaps just

invalidate a few of the elements?
