Low starch vegetables (mostly summer squash, peppers, and cruciates).

Fresh fruits.

Dairy products.

I think I have told the group I have about 45 carbs most meals, sometimes

less. I usually eat 2 meals a day, with a small snack in the afternoon and in

the evening. Sorry you are so upset by these posts. I check them for carbs

before I send, and everyone is allowed different numbers. Hugs, marilyn

Hi Bruce, I see that was a mixed post from you and . Sorry that I mixed

it up. I use whole wheat pasta if I can find it, I prefer whold grain

crackers, breads and pasta if I have it. Otherwise I can just eat less that the

amount called for. I can fill up on veggies and salads. I use the glycemic
