Hey everyone. I am new to the group, I am 30 and was diagnosed type

2 a few years ago. I am having a hard time loosing weight. I have

made many changes in my diet, but I know I could do better. I was

wondering if any of you have had any success/failure with the South

Beach diet? I hear it's way better than adkins. All opinions are

welcomed : ) Hope everyone has a nice day...Oh yeah my last A1c was

a 6 so things are going pretty good, and I excersize 3 nights a week

and hike on the weekends.
