I was told when I went through the Diabetic Nutrition class that winter

squash was NOT something that diabetics should eat, as they are very

high in both sugar and starch, two things which we should minimize in

our diets.

Hi Bruce, that is why all the nutritional values are so important for us to

know. I try never to send a recipe without it. Occasionally I might if it

sounds okay, but generally I like people to be informed and making good

decisions

for their dietary needs, Hugs, Marilyn
