Hi, just a note, a little high on carbs, maybe it could be an occasional

treat, or on a day you have a small meal. ;-)

That's what I do. I actually let myself have a donut for the first time

since I was diagnosed back in February. I was celebrating. Stepped on the

scale today and I finally lost 50 pounds>

Try substituting whole-wheat or a mixture of whole wheat and bean/nut

flour for the white flour, and Atkins Baking Mix for the Bisquick.

Hi Les, I am not really up on anything Atkins, so maybe you could tell me the

difference from RFBisquick and the Atkins mix? If you are busy, it is okay,

I was just curious. I usually have the RFBisquick here for any muffin needs

(except the corn muffins. Hugs, Marilyn

The Atkins mix is made mainly from soy flour and has very few

carbohydrates.
