Mine began many years ago, back when I could sleep like a baby and it wasn't too noticeable. I think the older you get the worse it gets. Any onformation I can get on this would be helpful. I am a type II diabetic since 1991. I am having a real hard time staying motivated these daysand the numbers are telling on me.
