> 1 tsp oriental sesame oil

> Lemon wedges

> Beat egg white with water in shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs,

> sesame seeds, paprika and salt in another shallow dish. Dip chicken

> in egg mixture; then in crumbs to coat, patting well. Heat margarine

> in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken in

> skillet until tender, about 5 minutes per side. Combine peanut oil,

> lemon juice, and sesame oil. Toss with greens. Divide among 4 salad

> plates; top with chicken. Serve with lemon wedges.
