Guest guest Posted May 16, 2004 Report Share Posted May 16, 2004 I hope I find everyone in good spirts today. My name is Carlisle. Some of you know me from The Pancreatitis Place. My husband, Darrick, has Chronic Pancreatitis and he was just informed recently of diabetes setting in already. As a wife, it's very hard to notice what's going on with Darrick, because he can be fine one minute, then BAM...he's down for the count, sometimes without warning. He has the resistant type, so his can go up or down without notice too. If someone can give me some pointers so I can notice from time to time whether he's fixing to go into a diabetic shock or even what to look for from day to day, I would appreciate it immensely.
