GOOD MORNING!

I feel great back to WOE

I know I lost water weight as I know I gained water weight the moment I

ate carbs! Plus my hormones are messed up, no TOM yet ,had hot flashes

all the while in FL,but now none when Ineed then LOL to stay warm!!!LOL

I need to make my rolls but first need to get the van inside vac and

steam cleaned.WHILE The sun shines, I spent alot of time in the

bathroom yesterday,,,,so I know I probably lost waterweight,,,,my rings

are still tight which is a indication to me when I retain. going to get

some SOY capsules for the hot flashes etc, taking extra Calcuim too

dringkine Red Raspberry herbal tea,also my sister got me on green tea, I

was busy last pm also sending my converted sister some recipes, WELLLLL

going to get going now ttyl later!!! MISSED ALL OF YOU! hugs tina OH

Hey guys - I just got my most recent lab results and only a few

things indicate that they are low. I am having dizzy spells when I

get up and move quickly from sitting - any ideas why? I told my

doctor and he wasn't sure why - my dietian said maybe I wasn't eating

frequently enough but I eat about every 3-4 hours and she is also the

one who says 1 protein shake a day is plenty - I do 2-3! Well here

Do any of you see anything in here that sticks out that may be

causing the dizzy spells. Also just the last couple of days I have

had a slight headache sort of like a miagrane coming on but not full

blown and the dizzy spells have gotten more frequent. Any

suggestions or thoughts! , and all other great wise

ones I would love your thoughts - I am 10 months out and have lost

105 lbs and current weight is 173 at 5' 5 " .

Okay this is the RN in me talking. Low Monocytes are indicative of a recent

infection.

Your RBC and hematocrit are indicative of anemia. You are probably not getting

enough iron. You can add dark green vegetables to help this immensely. Raw

spinach is the best choice or just a good ole rare steak is the absolute best

choice. Cut into tiny pieces and chew, chew and chew. All women should try to

do this once a month, if you get my drift.

The creatinine is not a big deal, unless extremely low. That fluctuates greatly

in most people, along with the BUN.

As far as dizzy spells, try to eliminate dehydration first. Drink lots of water

and see if this doesn't clear things up within 1-2 days, if not time to see the

doc.

chunks? Not only will AOL not open the whole thing without a download, but

the latest one is even too large for AOL to even read it. It's a pain to

have to go to a word processor to open e-mail.

I WOULD GET RID OF AOL........OH YEA, I ALREADY DID THAT!! :-) THAT

CHOICE ELIMINATES A LOT OF PROBLEMS!

The digest comes out as yahoogroups deems. We have no control over it.

You could go to individual emails or just read and respond from the

website.
