Guest guest
Hi Everyone, My Hubby and I started Oct 1, I have been cooking roasts, bacon cheese burgers, roasting chickens, and we have been binging on chocolate soda and pork rinds. LOL. He is so upset that we are eating so much, doesn't like waking up full and never feeling hungry. Bob has pushed our dinner time to 8:30pm since he said he cant eat all this. This is too funny for words. Bob has at least 80 lbs to lose and says he must be gaining weight the way we are eating. I made him weigh after 3 days to shut him up, and he lost like 6 lbs. Anyone else's hubby begging for less food? This program is awesome. , ville, Florida
Guest guest
Hey there ! I'd have to say no, my hubby isn't begging for less food, mostly because I don't have one of those things!!! LOL But I know what you mean!! My son has actually said that to me a couple of times, but he's really not complaining! I would say that eating so late at night is probably not a real, real great idea. I'd always heard it's better to eat earlier, and even take a stroll afterwards. Something about digestion being better in the vertical position. I have esophageal reflux syndrome, the valve at the top of my esophagus is " weak " , so if I eat and then lay down, I get horrible heartburn, and may get sick. But then again, YMMV! So, you like the chocolate soda, huh? I just dumped a 2-liter down the drain, neither my son, nor I can stand the stuff... but on the other hand, the cream soda is a real treat!! I still can't stand pork rinds... (yes, I finally found a place that had some!) They taste like crunchy sawdust to me... and the one's I bought were jalopeno flavored - crunchy jalopeno flavored sawdust!!! LOL Oh well... two " experiments that failed, no biggy! " Sure sounds like you're having fun with all this, though! I think that's probably the heart of this WOL, is that you enjoy it, so it's easy to " stick to " . a.k.a. ~ Natty's mommy lanat@... http://www.javanet.com/~lanat/
