I'm BACK!!!

Hi all, well I am back home and back on ATKINS!! TOday is day one and I am not

weighing til Monday as I weighed at my sister in FL and I am so Disgusted if

itis true I do not want to know..I am a shivering!Comming from a 90 plus to a

high 37 tonight...brrrrrHey I thought I was going to learn,my sister's diet(60

carb,25 fat/protein) and be a convert when about 3 days before leaving she

announces to me she'd like to read my book!!!!When I left Sunday it ws her day

one on ATKINS!!!I read some of her Diet books while there,she has them all I

think! LOLtoday she e-mails me she needs the soft roll recipe and the

cheesecake!!!LOL Wellll went on digest for now as still unpacking and trying to

get with the diet,need to make rolls just made Jello and finger jello, forgot

Whip Cream and need to get that yet,have my Hard boiled egg stock again,,,GREAT

to be back with all of you and the WAY o EATING!!!I missed it I told my sister

it is one that is hard not to like!!!LOVE>>WEll WELCOME TO THE NEWBIES and hope

I can't believe how perky and upbeat you sound after just having surgery! I

can only hope and pray mine goes as smoothly. Thank you for sharing your

experience with us that are just about to cross over -- it really helps us.

Carolyn, That is wonderful!! I was wondering how you was doing?? I

only hope mine goes as well. It is less than 2 weeks and I will join

you on the other side!! Can't wait!! Keep in touch and don't leave

us to go to post-op list!! Hope you continue to feel great!!
