Would this work with whole wheat or a wheat/rye mixture, to lower the carbs and raise the fiber? Or perhaps using bean/nut based flours, which have next to no carbs? Doesn't say how many carbs in a large, but I'm guessing it's double. 13g for a small and 26g for a large is way too many for my diet!
