Guest guest
Has anyone run into a problem with lactalose with a child who has a known milk allergy? Arissa had one dose and her chest is so red and blotchy. I called the pharmacy and it does contain a small amount of milk sugar. She said it is extremely minute and it doesn't even list milk allergy as a contraindication. Nothing else has changed so I have to assume that it is the lactalose. Phyllis-mom to Arissa (12/22/95) EG, multiple food allergies, occasional asthma Remi 6, Spina Bifida, developmental delays, allergies-nuts, shellfish and latex

We do go to see Dr. Sampson next Friday and I will ask him about this,. ALso Clayton is still getting severe excema on his legs and hopefully I will get some answers regarding that too. love, sharon mommy to Jake (5) and fraternal twins (34.5 weeks) (3/30/97) - Cole -(nda) and Clayton (eosinophil gastroenteritis, food allergies, g-tube, Nissen and possible latex allergy, some dd and undiagnosed neuro issues)
Guest guest
I am so frustrated. The doc called back and personally called the pharmacy to call in the brand name. Don't you know it but they filled it with a generic again. A different generic but one the same. I am about to scream and Arissa is extremely constipated. I hope this gets straightened out!@! Clayton is on a generic but seems to have no problems from it. love, sharon mommy to Jake (5) and fraternal twins (34.5 weeks) (3/30/97) - Cole -(nda) and Clayton (eosinophil gastroenteritis, food allergies, g-tube, Nissen and possible latex allergy, some dd and undiagnosed neuro issues)
