Guest guest
I was on Medifast years ago and lost 85 pounds in 90 days. Unfortuneately, like all other diets I have been on, I gained it all back plus some. Guest guest
Can anybody tell me the approximate weekly cost of this? I went and looked up the site, saw the drinks, candy bars etc., but no prices. I have a huge appetite, so I'm a little nervous about using just a drink (if doing the fast fasting one) or soup etc. for the other. I'll never forget how years ago I bought a meditation tape on dieting and some of those AYDS chocolates that were suposed to help you to lose weight. While I was meditating with the tape I had my cup of tea and two candies as directed. After the tape ended I looked down and had eaten the whole box!!!! I'm dieting now (Since about the first of March) and have lost 30 lbs, but I constantly fall off the wagon. Over the Christmas holidays I almost lost my toe. I've now got my diabetes under control with diet, (it is normal) but still need to lose more weight. chickie chickie [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study > Did you know that: > > s Hopkins University Study shows type II diabetics lost twice as > much weight using Medifast-Plus for Diabetes as those on an ADA > diet. > > > > > >

Guest guest
Medifast is a drink that contains all the vitamins and mionerals you need for a normal day. It is for dieting and is used under a doctor's supervision for weigh loss. When I was on it that was all that I had, no food, just 4, if I remember right it has been a while, drinks a day. It is a powder and you put it in the blendar with ice and water and it makes a thick drink sortof like a thick shake but doesn't taste the same. It comes in various flavors. I believe that they have some other versions of it now besides the drink. Les Re: [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study What exactly is medifast? Guest guest
You say it wasn't the same. Did it taste lousy? chickie [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study > > > Did you know that: > > s Hopkins University Study shows type II diabetics lost twice as > much weight using Medifast-Plus for Diabetes as those on an ADA > diet. > > >
Guest guest
It wasn't too bad. You had to use the ice to make it cold or it was real tough to get down. It was very gritty because of the fiber in it. Also if you do take it , make sure that you take something to unbind youm if you know what I mean. It can cause some problems in that area or at least it did for me. Les Re: [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study You say it wasn't the same. Guest guest
Yek! Forget it. I've got a very weak stomach and I'm a gagger. I'd never get the stuff down. Did that one time with some other diet stuff I saw on tv. They sent you these packets of teas, soups etc. and they gagged me. I spent all that money and ended up throwing the stuff out. chickie [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study > > > > > > Did you know that: > > > > s Hopkins University Study shows type II diabetics lost twice as > > much weight using Medifast-Plus for Diabetes as those on an ADA > > diet. > > > > > >

Guest guest
To tell you the truth Helen/Delbert I don't know. When I was on it I had to purchase it through my doctor, who doesn't believe in it anymore. Les Re: [alldiabeticinternational] Type 2 Diabetes s Hopkins Study Does one need a prescription to use it?
