Dear all,

I practiced gfcf diet for a while and found that that improved my

mood, " crazy thoughts, " and health a lot. However, I can't resist to

go with my friends to have some junk food especially Mc's

recently. And I found that I feel so ill after having several meals

of junk food. My health becomes so weak and my OCD and crazy thoughts

appear again. I read Andy's book talking about that the partial

polyunsatuated oil has to take a month to leave the body. Do anyone

know what can I do to " detox " the junk food from my body? Support the

liver? Will Milk Thistle help? How long would it take to take effect?

I stick to gfcf diet these days again.

Many thanks,

Chan.

Jess,

LOL!

I think you are corrcet. I am eating a lot of chocolate and favoured

milks which I would never had eaten previously. I really miss salads,

which I do not touch at all.

Once I have the operation I suspect it will be hard to eat normally

and healthly after so long eating junk food.

Lol! I didn't even realize. Guess it was a free flowing thought.

Hahaha. I don't mind most healthy food, heck one of my favorite stores

is the gigantic Whole Foods Market in our area, they have EVERYTHING.

I'm trying to get into the habit of eating squash right now, since

it's in season and I never got the chance to experiment with it

before.

Hehe, sometimes I forget to go back and read what I've typed out,

might come across a little abraisive :D

5 Steps to Turn a Junk Food Kitchen into a Healthy Kitchen

Step 1 Identify Junk Food

Frosted cookies are junk food loaded with sugar and unhealthy fats.

Healthy Snack Foods

Fat Free, Low Fat & Low Carb Snacks Free Shipping On All Orders!

www.BakedGoods.tv

Sort your food supplies into different groups such as Junk Food, OK

Food, and Healthy Food. Go through all the food and cooking ingredients

in your kitchen, and identify everything as Junk, OK, or Healthy.

Junk Foods have very little nutritional value, a lot of calories, and

include ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, hydrolyzed vegetable

protein, sugar, processed meats, fats, or are cooked in fats. Some

examples are:

candy

hot dogs

ice cream treats

sugar coated kids' cereals

processed cheese in cans

high fat lunch meats

frozen corn dogs

high fat potato chips

high fat corn chips

soft drinks

frozen french fries

packaged dessert items

packaged cookies

Junk Foods can also include any packaged or canned foods that have

passed their expiration dates.

Once you have identified all the junk food in your kitchen, get rid of

it. If you don't have the heart to waste food, then please don't replace

any of these items after they are eaten.

To Lara--uterine ablation

Hi again Lara,

I just did a search using " uterine ablation " and found many

helpful sites to look at. Apparently the balloon method is not the

only one available these days. Hope this helps.
