Guest guest
On the whole food allergy issue... are we the only ones whose kids have no immediate untoward reactions to foods? I know Amy's son Bryce was the same way, no eczema, hives, no nothing... except eos in the esophagus and the resultant fall out from that. I can also tell you all that skin testing, RAST testing, etc, is not only unreliable in food testing but with latex allergy as well. Lots of people test negative to thes things but will have immediate reaction when exposed. allergy has a long way to go. More of them are the delayed, no hint of allergy in site type. No visible reaction, or breathing problems.
