But there's blood in my urine, pain in my low back and the dilation issue, so I'm probably passing stones again. The last time this happened I swore that another brown liquid would never pass my lips and I'd drink a gallon of water a day. Guest guest
Hi ~ I found them at Sam's Club for about $12.00 a case of.....I think 20-24 - 20 oz bottles. They are like a glorified Crystal light, with some herbs & vitamins in them. No carbonation, and very tasty. I'm not sure where else you would find them, as I haven't looked yet at my local grocery stores. But, they are made by Talking Rain and here's the website for the product information: http://www.talkingrain.com/PRODUCTS/DIETICE/ and here is the store locator.... http://63.251.170.10/talkingrain/storelocator/default.asp Good luck and I hope you find them in your area The Best of Health to you ~ Hugs, G in MI - 7 mths Post Op Consult wt - 249 - BMI 50.3 Pre-Op wt - 241 (-8)- BMI 48.7 Current wt - 157 (-92) - BMI 31.7 -- 75 + inches & Counting ------ 92lbs GONE FOREVER! I just bought a new case of a different variety of 4 flavors - I can't wait til I have room in the fridge to try the Grape, Lime, Cherry & Peach. Guest guest
I drink right up until the first bite. My dr actually recommends that you water load at least 10- 15 minutes prior to eating as well. I try not to drink for about 30 to 45 min after I eat. No problems here. I do have a sip here or there with a dry meal as well. I have choked and had nothing to wash it down, now that is scarey as all get out. It is the hardest part for me. I know alot of people who only wait 30 mins. and some that don't wait at all and drink with their meals.....I don't know if my success is due to that fact that I follow the rules, I know successful people who don't follow the rules....but, for me, I am not going to risk it...if I start to break that rule....I am afraid that others will soon follow.
