Hi ~

I found them at Sam's Club for about $12.00 a case of.....I think 20-24 - 20 oz

bottles. They are like a glorified Crystal light, with some herbs & vitamins in

them. No carbonation, and very tasty. :) I'm not sure where else you would

find them, as I haven't looked yet at my local grocery stores. But, they are

made by Talking Rain and here's the website for the product information:

http://www.talkingrain.com/PRODUCTS/DIETICE/

and here is the store locator....

Good luck and I hope you find them in your area The Best of Health to you ~

I drink right up until the first bite. My dr actually recommends that you water

load at least 10- 15 minutes prior to eating as well. I try not to drink for

about 30 to 45 min after I eat. No problems here. I do have a sip here or there

with a dry meal as well. I have choked and had nothing to wash it down, now that

is scarey as all get out.

Water

I wait 1 hour prior to eating and 1 hour after eating before I

drink. It is the hardest part for me. I know alot of people who

only wait 30 mins. and some that don't wait at all and drink with

their meals.....I don't know if my success is due to that fact that I

follow the rules, I know successful people who don't follow the

rules....but, for me, I am not going to risk it...if I start to break

that rule....I am afraid that others will soon follow. LOL

Now, If I am choking, or something is SO HOT my mouth is on FIRE...I

will put in a piece of ice !!

Hey Debkroll

You are surely right about how each person's body reacts to what we eat.

Tonight I was too sick of the whole chicken thing and I ate some pizza just the

mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni slices and it was great very tasty I did

not eat the bread and I felt great. I am finding that my journey is going to be

very doable because I can still enjoy things I like but way in moderation and

filled with a lot of protein and fresh water and exercise :)
