She is now 13 years old & using an insulin pump. She has been using her Minimed508 for almost 3 years & we love it. Would never go back to injections. I am a very active member of the Diabetic Community. I have a Diabetes Website that I designed about 4 years ago. It is called 's Diabetes Information Center. WWW.ashleysdiabetesinfo.com I run three online Diabetes Support Groups. One is for adults, one for teens 13 - 18 and the other is for kids 7 - 12. I am also an advocate for Stem Cell Research. I am a member of SABR. Most of my time is devoted to my daughter & learning all I can about her disease. The rest is devoted to helping others learn about diabetes & offering support.
