Guest guest
I don't have any answers but I wish you the best and hope things settle down with your children. Overmelmed is probably an understatement at this point as to how you must feel. Thinking of you. I hope Kody does better this week. Guest guest
Need info ASAP from those of you who know anything about GJs and the duodenal motility study.' Specifically, Kody has a 14FR mic-key that we are going to be replacing/adding to a GJ (hopefully through the existing GT site). The GI was saying something about the GJs not coming that small????? Some can vent and some don " t? I dont know anything about these different tubes and want to be informed before we make the switch. Kody has done miserably. He went to the hospital 3 times last week for IV fluids and continues to have severe chest pain/retching. His eosinophilic esophagitis is back in full swing and we have today re-started high dose prednisone. They are gonig to place the J tube, do the duodenal motility study and if not successful, he will go on TPN. My 10y/o also has is eos esoph back again. The 6y/o and 22month old get their scopes on Tuesday. It is crisis central here. Would appreciate any info on above subjects from anyone in the know. Thanks so much!!
