One was bad enough for me. I was wondering if, after so many surgeries, you have had any problem with latex allergy. Latex allergy is the lastest battle we've had to fight. We are sure developed his latex allergy from repeated hospitalizations and surgical procedures. We have tried to eliminate as much latex as possible from his environment, but I'm sure we aren't even close to where we should be. It is extremely difficult when he is hospitalized to work around all the latex. We are learning more each day. also suffers from dysmotility. I think the test to diagnose his dysmotility was barbaric. Of course, we were dealing with a specialist who we didn't care much for. We switched doctors shortly after. is unable to tolerate a high rate of infusion, and as a result has to carry his Kangaroo pump around with him for many hours each day. We tried night feeds, but he is so active, he constantly disconnected his tubing. After a few nights of changing him and his entire bedding, we decided to stop night feedings.
