4 weeks post op and first fill

Hi, its been 4 weeks since I was banded and I had my first fill

yesterday. The fill went very smoothly and I think I am now feeling

restriction?! Anyway had my first weigh-in and have lost 11.5 kg, so

I am very happy with this result. I dont know who was more suprised

me or Dr Ritchie, I expected to have lost some weight but not that

much before my first fill, but hey I'm not complaining.

Hope to see all the Sydneysiders at the Support Group Meeting later

this month.
