Have you been taking measurements? I'll bet you're losing inches now. Keep us posted. Donna Hello, I have been on the South Beach Diet since the last week in September. So far, I've lost 46 lbs. Unfortunately, I haven't lost ANY weight in the past three weeks. I cut back on my carbs with no luck. I've even gone back to phase 1 this past week with no luck. I also exercise 3-4 times a week doing cardio and toning for about 1 -1 1/2 hours. Is it normal for weight loss to stop? Is there something else I need to do?
