No never instant is missing to many nutrients

and the rice is cooked separate from the MCS

I use Lundberg Nutra Farmed Long grained Brown rice

simple to cook

2cups water i cup rice 1tbs butter , being to boil add rice simmer for 50

min take off burner and let sit for 10 min

you can cook ahead and warm up when ready to use

Treader Joe has some already cooked frozen brown rice that's not to bad
