Guest guest
I am trying this one! Thanks for sharing. MB Broccoli and Cabbage. Hi , My family loves it when I roast broccoli. Actually got the recipe from Ray. I buy the heads of broccoli with only about a 4 " stalk on it and just slice them vertically in big chunks. I put them in a big bowl, toss with a couple of tbl. of olive oil and a bit of " Grill Mates " grill seasoning. Place them onto a foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 450 for about 20 min. They will still be crisp tender and very crispy on the outside! I can't cook enough of them. One other comment. Don't be so hard on people that may not have read the book or are confused. I read the book. Sometimes it is not real specific and I missed a number of things that I found skimming throught it again. So try not to assume what someone else may or may not have done. At the very least they are here. They provide dialogue and are doing something positive for themselves. So I say ask away. No such thing as a dumb question. Guest guest
Thank you very much!! I read the book and I still don't know everything, the only dumb question is one that you don't ask. People need to not be so judgemental! The whole purpose of this group is to share ideas and questions and learn and support one another not to put each other down because you feel that you " know " more then someone else. Thanks for being suportive ! Sara -Beth hayescol@...> wrote: I am trying this one! Thanks for sharing. MB Broccoli and Cabbage. Hi , My family loves it when I roast broccoli.
