I have not tried it myself yet, but as I understand it, there's just no better way of cooking fish. Since it's enclosed, all the juices are kept inside the container, much like with parchment paper. A decent piece of glazed cookware isn't too cost prohibitive, ranging upwards of $30-$50 depending on what you go for. There's a pretty substantial following for it too -- those I've spoken with that use it absolutely love it. I gotta remember to put this on my birthday gift list this year.
