So I have spent the time since Thanksgiving on the seefood diet. (See it,

eat it.) Gained back five pounds. But the good news is that I'm still down

twenty-one from last July. As of today, I'm back on Phase 1. (I've learned

it doesn't work for me to start on Jan. 1. And since Jan. 2 was a holiday, I

didn't start yesterday either.) So I've had my veggie omelet this morning,

getting ready for a salad at lunch, and I feel great! I can't believe how

sluggish eating all that junk food has made me.

Here's to all of us getting back at it!
