Only if it took about half an hour or so to prepare and even then I'd be

suspicious of it. Someone on the group said Quaker Oats' Old Fashioned Oats

are allowed on P2. Either way, you cannot have any grains/starches on phase

1.

Feeling weak the first week is normal. You should be eating 3 meals each

day, with 2 snacks in between. Snacks have nutritive value, BTW. Be sure

you're eating enough at meals as well and remember to go for 5 servings of

vegetables each day (say 1 at breakfast and 2 at each of lunch and supper).

If the SBD flu is hitting you particularly hard, you'll likely want to add

some protein to your meals to get a little boost.
