Someone on the group said Quaker Oats' Old Fashioned Oats are allowed on P2. Either way, you cannot have any grains/starches on phase 1. > I'm following the diet. I think I am following it pretty > well, just feel weak. Feeling weak the first week is normal. You should be eating 3 meals each day, with 2 snacks in between. Snacks have nutritive value, BTW. Be sure you're eating enough at meals as well and remember to go for 5 servings of vegetables each day (say 1 at breakfast and 2 at each of lunch and supper). If the SBD flu is hitting you particularly hard, you'll likely want to add some protein to your meals to get a little boost.
