We do set ourselves up for failure sometimes. But you have the right idea...getting back to basics (back when you first joined TOPS) will get you where you want to be. I know, you and I are ALOT alike...we want the weight loss YESTERDAY. But the weight didn't come on in one day and won't come off in one day either. I'm glad you had "the talk" with hubby, sounds like you made an impression. Stay your ground and keep you first. Those boys can take care of themselves..big boys usually can. I know you didn't mean all those awful things you were saying about yourself....disapppointed, YES....but, HATE, no way! You are the never give up-----come back gal!
