Guest guest Posted September 1, 2003 Report Share Posted September 1, 2003 Hi, According to my weight I am allowed 30 points per day, not counting my flex points. The problem is right now my back is all messed up and I can't do much of any kind of excercise until my back gets better. Due to this I've lowered my points to 25 per day. Can I still lose weight even if I am not getting much exercise? I just started WW last Thursday so don't know a whole lot about it. Just want to say also, that everyone here seems very nice.
