On Fitday, it says:

4 oz of cheddar lowfat cheese is 24 mg of cholesterol

4 oz of flounder is 64 mg of cholesterol

4 oz of sirloin steak is 75 mg of cholesterol

4 oz of pork tenderloin is 89 mg of cholesterol

4 oz of regular cheddar cheese is 91 mg of cholesterol

4 oz of skinless chicken breast is 94 mg of cholesterol

1 egg has 213 mg of cholesterol

Where can I find out if these figures are accurate? It seems odd that
