Hi all, well after being AWOL since forever ago I thought I would send in an up date. I went no mail on my email loops months ago, just couldn't or wouldn't keep up with all the mail, but I missed all of you so much. I have been lurking for a few weeks now, and see you are all just as crazy as ever.

I am still driving back and forth from Bastrop to Fort Worth to baby sit my Grandson Trevor but only for a couple more months. When his sister gets here in the middle of April my daughter will be a stay at home Mommy. Though I dare say I will still be making the trip on a regular basis. Baby is due the week after SRD, so hopefully, I will be at SRD, shouldn't be a problem as they are only a phone call away.

Now for the yukky part ... I weighed in this week after missing so many meetings at two pounds out of leeway. Just goes to show me I cannot do it without TOPS. Been back on track since Monday after weigh, not much I know, but I am doing okay, dusted off my calorie book and got my food chart filled out. Even drinking my water and exercising, it is all too easy to break those habits.

I was in Sams Club yesterday and they were giving out samples of South Beach granola bars, took one, yes, I did write it down. But along with it they had a South beach diet handout, it has some good ideas and recipes in it. They have a web site http://www.kraftfoods.com/south_beach_diet it has some of the same info and recipes on it. Not that I am saying the South beach diet is the way to go, far from it, you gotta do what works for you, remembering the Sensible part ot TOPS. I am a calorie counter, that is what works for me and I watch my fats and sugars, I like to get plenty of food for my calories!! LOL
