Guest guest
I knew this group would understand! Our kids really suffer more than I usually acknowledge and ice cream deprivation is a big one! JoAnne ne60@... wrote: > JoAnne, > > It's not sad...it's GREAT!!! Guest guest
Jo- You should probably encourage to have something " cold " everyday to desensitize him. I bet if you start slowly you could eventually get him to enjoy the cone AND the ice cream. Thanks for mentioning the cones, I'm going to order. is always asking for an ice cream cone - guess she must know about them from Barney or something. I never knew a safe cone existed. Barb << Guys, I felt this was kind of sad but still cute. I bought outrageously expensive ice cream cones off the EnerG website. Way too much money but I thought, how wonderful if this child could eat an ice cream cone. ph dutifully ate some roasted chicken and rice last night so he " earned " dessert and I showed him an ice cream cone he could eat. His face lit up he was so excited. I proceeded to put legal chocolate sorbet and turns out he hates ice cream (because it's cold!) but he ate the entire cone and I felt he experienced such earthly pleasure it was downright sad!
