I'm proud of both of you guys... and an extra Way to go to Jackie!! Judy M in OhioHamilton and Feeser wrote: Jackie and I have decided that we need to 'change things up' a bit. Walking the same ol' route, the same distance, the same time of day, etc., just isn't getting it anymore. We started walking/hiking on a trail through the woods at Ogletree Gap. It's uneven ground, rocky trail, with a bit of a hill at the beginning, so we take our walking sticks with us. After we came out of the woods yesterday, we were walking across a grass field and there were 8 tires laid out in a football training pattern. I jokingly said something to Jackie about getting a workout running through them... Well, SHE DID!!!!! I was right behind her,

carefully and slowly moving through them, all the while she RAN through 'em! I was terrified of hanging my toe in one of the tires and falling and she didn't even think twice. I swear she must have some kind of training course laid out in her backyard. She acted like it was no big deal as she flew through them. Yup, this is the same great-grandma that jogs down stairs while I carefully make my way down 'em. GO JACKIE!!! :-) hugs,Janet
