There are two women in my chapter that take care of their elderly mothers. One woman cannot leave her mother for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. I don't know how long the other mother can be alone, but it is only for a few hours. Others can't go because they work and can't take time off for SRD. Another has little kids at home. Things like that.
