Guest guest Posted February 19, 2006 Report Share Posted February 19, 2006 I've read posts about going longer in phase 1 than 2 weeks - is this advisable if I have a lot of weight to lose? If so, how does being in phase 1 longer help/hurt me? I've only been in phase 1 for 1 week right now, so i've got a full week to go, but planned on doing grocery shopping today for the next couple of weeks and kinda need to know if i should stay in phase 1 longer than the 2 weeks....
