Pregnant and breastfeeding help

I haven't written in a while. Been busy with the holidays and our

new 4 month old, not to mention our older two boys.

We just got the great news that we are expecting child number 4 next

August. I am still breastfeeding my 4 month old. I had read

somewhere that breastfeeding affects the uterus. Can this affect my

unborn child? Does anyone have any answers on this. Mainly to

alleviate my worries about losing this child. I don't want to

jepardize anything. Is there anything I can do? Any suggestions for

the months to come for those of you who have been through this?
