Hi.I work in a pediatricians office and we had a woman call and ask if the

preservative-free vaccine still had mercury in it.The lab tech got the box of

flu vaccines and it still does have mercury in it.I just wanted to pass this

along.ne

Jane,the box containing preservative-free flu vaccines said that the

preservative free flu vaccines have mercury in it just " trace amounts " .Yes,it

has

mercury in it.The woman said that her child was tested and found to be sensitive

to mercury and she did not want to get the flu vaccine if the regular or the

preservative free had mercury in it.The lab tech went to the frdge and pulled

out the preservative free flu vaccines and it listed all the ingredients and

mercury was one of them,ne

I want to be really clear here--you tested a flu vaccine claiming to be

preservative (Thimerosal)-free, and it tested positive for mercury?

I think the post say that the lab tech got the box and merely read it still

has mercury in it.

I want to be really clear here--you tested a flu vaccine claiming to be
