Guest guest
I am booked in for BPD/DS on Monday 11 Dec 2001... I while away, but gives me heaps of time to save. A few people have suggested that maybe I am makling the wrong decision in having the Bypass instead of the band, but for me persoanlly I feel it is the right decision (and my GP agrees). So from now on in, its just SAVE SAVE SAVE and QUESTION QUESTION QUESTION... I just want to be fully prepared and to not expect miracles. Gosh sad enough to say, I would be happy if I could get down to 80-90kgs let alone 50-60kgs. My personal goal is actually about 75kgs but I may feel differently at a latter point, or my body may have other ideas... Only time will tell. Could you do me a favour at some stage, could you be really honest with me and tell me what you eat and what foods you definiely have to stay away from. I know that I will see the dietician, but you guys (you, Cath, Jo etc) have been through it and would know probably better than anyone else. Hugs Tracey (PS ... How is business? Is this impending so-called recession affection you?) > >Reply-To: ozband >To: ozband > >Subject: Re: (of the Cakes)--Tracey >Date: Fri, 30 Mar 2001 12:21:20 +1000 > > > > > Thanks heaps!
