You will do it . Some good hints a few days ago on plateaus. I have been

trying to lose these 3 pounds since November and I keep going up and down.

I cut my points to 31(from 32) and increased my walking by about 10 minutes

each time and lo and behold 3 losses and a turtle. I'd have had another loss

this week if I didn't do the fast food frenzy dance.
