Guest guest
Congratulations ann! --- I'm celebrating with ya! You have got to be so excited to hit such a milestone!!! You go girl! My loss has slowed a bit this month --- not sure what's all up -- but just finished TOM so hopefully it will pick back up again.... I'm at 249 this morning -- not sure that I'll hit my goal of being 239 by month's end..... but it's hard to really say with this way of eating.... I'm exercising regularly now --- doing the glider 1/2 hr per day or a 20-25 minute toning bands tape ---- today I did the toning bands and 20 minutes of aerobics.... Went to the dr. yesterday and bp is good again -- it had climbed a bit in the last year --- glad it's back to good :-) -- will get blood work results in a week or so --- expect the chol., etc to still be high but as she said -- it's better than it was 5 mos ago :-))) How's everything going with you? ttyl, Tish 70 lbs!! I have 70 lbs off as of today!!! Guest guest
Vin, I stick to around 4 oz of meat/chicken and go a little higher with fish, like 5-6 oz if I want that much, since it's less fattening. I'll eat a whole 6 oz can of tuna, for instance. And if I am at a restaurant, I might have more than 4 oz if their serving is bigger than that. But, generally, I stick to about 4 oz per meal on a regular basis. When I have a couple cups of veggies or some whole grains along with that, it is filling. ann > > Hi ann, > > Thanks for posting the menus. Can you give me an idea as to portion control for items like chicken fish or meat. > > Thanks, > > Vin
