I happened to run accross this recipe today on the back of my Kraft 2% shredded cheese, it is a SBD recipe so I guess we will try it tonight. BBQ Chicken Fingers 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese 1/4 tsp balck pepper 1/8 tsp ground red pepper 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips 1/2 cup Kraft Carbwell Original BBQ suace 1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded Colby& montery Jack cheese 1 bag of baby spinich leaves (about 7 cups) Preheat oven to 400 Mix parmesan and seasonings. Add to chicken in large bowl, toss to coat, Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sprinkle shredded cheese. Bake and additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over bed of spinach. Sounds good to me, of course the kids and hubby will probally skip the spinach leaves but I wil eat them to get in a serving of veggies! Let me know what is on your plate tonigt??? Guest guest
Is red wine the only kind we should have, or does it not matter? And how much? I ask because I really haven't had any wine since I've been on SBD, so I'm wondering. ann > > We're going out!!! :-) Probably will get a steak and 2 orders of veggies.
