Hi ann,

Thanks for posting the menus. Can you give me an idea as to portion control

for items like chicken fish or meat.

I plan my menus two weeks in advance. Here is my menu for this week

and next week:

Weeks 49 and 50:

Monday: Make oat muffins

Bfst: 1 rye toast with 1 Tbsp peanut butter, fruit, chai tea, crystal

light, 16 oz water

Lunch: 2 eggbeater omelet with veggies, 2 cups salad/2 Tbsp dressing,

milk

Dinner: Hearty Italian Chicken Chowder, salad, water

Snack: diet jello, water

Tues:

Bfst: oat muffin, Dannon Light n Fit yogurt, tea, crystal light, water

Lunch: leftover soup, salad w/dressing, water

Dinner: Pork tenderloin, with carrots and fresh string beans, water

Snack: fruit, water

Wed:

Bfst: oat muffin, Light n Fit yogurt, Chai tea, crystal light, water

Lunch: leftover pork and veggies, water

Dinner: Lowfat Swiss Topped Burger, salad, sautéed onions/peppers in

Pam, salad

Snack: fruit, water

Thurs:

Bfst: 2 eggbeater omelet w/veggies, ½ c berries, Chai tea, crystal

light, water

Lunch: leftover burger and veggies, milk

Dinner: ½ cup Rice spaghetti w/olive oil and garlic; stir fried

broccoli and carrots and scallions, large salad

Snack: diet pudding

Fri:

Bfst: oat muffin, yogurt, ½ c berries, Chai tea, crystal light, water

Lunch: tuna, salad, water

Dinner: SBD Beef Stew w/beans, salad, water

Snack: diet pudding, water

Sat:

Bfst: oat muffin, yogurt, crystal light, tea, water

Lunch: leftover stew; salad, water

Dinner: crabcake and salad, apple, water

Snack: jello, water

Sun:

Bfst: oat muffin, yogurt, Chai tea, crystal light, water

Lunch: crabcake and salad, water

Dinner: 9-Bean Loaf and salad, fruit, water

Snack: jello, water

Mon:

Bfst: 2 eggbeater veggie omelet, Chai tea, crystal light, milk

Lunch: tuna, apple, water

Dinner: Lowfat two cheese enchiladas, salad, milk

Snack: pudding, water

Tues:

Bfst: oat muffin, yogurt, fruit Chai tea, crystal light, milk

Lunch: tuna, salad, apple, water

Dinner: Salisbury Steak with SBD " Roasted Mushrooms and Mixed

Vegetables, " water

Snack: pudding, water

Wed: Make Italian Spinach pie (use low sodium/lowfat cheese)

Bfst: oat muffin, ½ cup berries, Chai tea w/splenda/milk, crystal

light, milk

Lunch: leftover Salisbury steak and veggies, water

Dinner: Grilled chicken Caesar salad

Snack: pudding

Thurs:

Bfst: Spinach and cheese pie, Chai tea, crystal light, milk

Lunch: lowfat cheese/turkey sandwich, water

Dinner: Italian Chicken and Peppers for a Crowd, cannellini bean

salad, brown rice

Snack: oat muffin, yogurt

Fri:

Bfst: Spinach and cheese pie, apple, Chai tea, crystal light, milk

Lunch: leftover chicken, beans, rice; water

Dinner: Chicken Capri, Lemon Green Beans, Brussels sprouts with Garlic

Snack: oat muffin, yogurt, water

Sat:

Bfst: Spinach and cheese pie, ½ cup berries, Chai tea, crystal light,

milk

Lunch: leftover chicken, veggies, water

Dinner: lowfat cheese and turkey sandwich; salad

Snack: yogurt

Sun:

Bfst: Spinach and cheese pie, berries, Chai tea, crystal light, milk

Lunch: tuna, salad, water

Dinner: Lentil loaf and salad
