Guest guest
A lot of oatmeal?! It hardly makes anything. Most of the time I double the amount but try not too because of the calories. I have always assumed the 1/2 cup one serving is the dry oatmeal prior to cooking. oatmeal I have a question on the oatmeal ( I am on Phase 2) it says 1/2 cup, is that cooked or uncooked? THE recipe on my canister calls for 1/2 cup of oats to 1 cup of milk or water, and that's one servicing but that seems like a LOT of oatmeal? Thanks Sandy

Thanks! SandyLea That's plenty for me, too. I get full on a 1/2 cup. Once, I tried the 3/4 cup serving my box recommended and felt like I had to force the last bit down. That's a good thing - to feel satisfied with one serving. ie
