Guest guest
Hi I am wondering if anyone out there knows of any good recipes for breakfast that don't include eggs. I am tired of trying to do the SBD in the morning with eggs. I am tired of eggs. Is there something different out there? I did ok yesterday. Last night for my night snack I cooked some brussel sprouts and ate them. I am choosing better options for my snacking needs. I have looked at the foods to enjoy list and I am trying to be very creative with all those foods. I have bought several cans of green beans to eat. I love green beans and brussel sprouts so while I go on this first 2 weeks of SBD I should be able to get thru it. If I can get thru breakfast and dinner I should be ok. For dinner at my house it is always meat and potatoes. I have a picky family. So I am making my own meal at lunchtime. I will cook lean chicken or turkey or fish using the recipes that are SBD friendly wherever I can find them. For dinner, I can always enjoy the vegetables that we cook. The read meat with lots of grisle and the potatoes I can turn down as they are not SBD friendly. Have a great day! Trish P. S. Any supportive responses would be appreciated. If you have to criticize me, I prefer not to hear from you.
Guest guest
Trish, My family is just like yours. My husband only has about 4-5 things he will eat so I will never get those hambergers, and potatoes away from him. Just remember that we have to stay on track even though they won't do it. It does make it harder. I hate when my husband keep offering me potato chips and such. I keep telling him no thank you please do not ask me any more. I am right here with ya. I also do the main meal lunch and then try to eat something like a salad for dinner. sherrie
