Getting back on track - restarting Phase ONE - Help and Suggestions please

Hi everyone,

I haven't been on for a while, some of you may remember me, I'm from

New Orleans and lost my home and everything I own in the hurricane 5

months ago. I had started SBD WOE on Feb. 13th 2005 - so exactly 1

year ago. I was very good until the storm but even so, I've managed

to not GAIN any weight back, just maintaining my 40 lb weight loss. I

still have 20-25 lbs left that I'd like to lose and I plan to start

back on Phase ONE on March 19th.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations to help jump start

my plan again? I do plan to re-read the book and print all the food

files and shopping lists on here but any suggestions would be

appreciated.

I work 10-12 hours a day so exercise is not really an option for me at

this point. I lost the 40 lbs by diet alone in 9 months!
