Guest guest Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 My cousin told me to slice sweet potatoes into slices, brush lightly with olive oil and put a little salt on them and they're delicious ~ or to slice them in two pieces and brush with olive oil and back ~ both she said are delicious !!! Have never tried it myself !!! Hugs, Randie Re: sweet potato patties I looked for sweet potato patties at Wal-Mart this morning, but didn't find them. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place; I looked in the freezer case with all the other frozen potatoes, but didn't see sweet potatoes. I love sweet potatoes - - I bake them in the microwave just like a regular potato, put some "Smart Balance" butter on it, and sprinkle a little sugar & cinnamon (that I have mixed in a shaker), and that's my lunch!!
