4 months and 14kg down

Hi everyone,

Had a fill today. Dr is happy with my progress. 14kg in 4 months.

15kg according to my scales!! At the outset I imagined it falling off

more quickly than it has, but I am able to eat everything in smaller

quantities and rarely throw up. So I guess this is the better way to

go. I am feeling fitter, as I am walking for exercise and my resting

pulse has dropped from 80 to 74 bpm. I also get less puffed than I

used to. I am feeling very positive at the moment. Hope every one is

well. I rarely get to read all the emails these days, and I feel I am

missing out on how everyone is going. we seem to have alot of

newbies, welcome to all of you.

Looking forward to catching up with the Adelaide girls in a few weeks.
