Guest guest
I love my WATP for ABs, she is a little dry but I sweat my buns off! Does anyone know how many exercise points I can use for the 3 miles? I know I asked this before, I am hoping some of the newbies can share how many exercise points they use. I weigh in tomorrow, and after 3 weeks of NO CHANGE, I am hoping for something. Welcome to all the newcomers, this list has been a HUGE motivational tool and incredibly inspirational! Thanks to you all. Happy Loosing! Suz 233/225/under 200 (for now, CRIKEY, anything for now!) lol
Guest guest
Its 40 minutes of aerobic walking.. not just walking on a path or trail. Guest guest
Suz...that is why I do elliptical! Do you know that an elliptical is 4 points for forty minutes? When I do an hour it is 5 points. So I usually try to do some walking and some elliptical for 7 points. I won't quit my gym just because it has that elliptical!!! Is there any other exercise you like? I will be glad to look up the points for you. Guest guest
I’ve seen a lot of people mention these tapes and I’m curious. I do a step class at the gym three days a week but can’t always get there because I have orders to fill at home, classes to teach etc, but I’m wondering if I’d get a good strenuous workout from these. I want something where I really get a sweat going and where I see definite results. And I’m also wondering how it is for abs. Guest guest
Okay, I still have no clue how to earn activity points. I went to Jazzercise tonight. I generally go 2-3x a week. It is basically based on a bell curve with warm up, semi-hard-hard aerobics and back down...that whole thing lasts about 40 minutes and then there's about 15 min of strength work outs...arms, abs, thighs, glutes, etc...and lastly a 2-3 minute cool down. How many exercise points does this give me??? Anybody? Anybody? Thanks...btw, not sure if it matters, but I am 4'11 and 130 lbs....thanks again

Guest guest
The system goes by duration and intensity...so what I did was put in your jazzercise (2 points) , plus 20 minutes of a level of weight training ( 1 point) and that hour comes out to 3 Activity Points.
